This past weekend, we had the pleasure of once again joining one of our earliest and closest customers: Energiekonzepte Deutschland GmbH (EKD). The occasion was EKD’s annual Sales Event 2025 in Göttingen – a flagship gathering where their nationwide sales network comes together to reflect, learn, and gear up for the year ahead.
EKD is one of the leading independent sales organizations in Germany’s solar energy sector. With over 1,000 active field sales representatives and a strong commitment to customer-centric training, EKD has scaled rapidly over recent years. This is where our partnership comes in: Fioro is now a key pillar of their hybrid training concept.
What began about a year ago with an initial pilot has grown into a deeply integrated collaboration. More than 1,500 hours of AI-powered role-play training have already been completed on our platform. These realistic simulations help reps practice crucial customer conversations - from door-to-door pitches to in-depth consultations - with the goal of strengthening communication skills, building confidence, and boosting conversion rates.
At the event, we had the opportunity to showcase our latest developments, including a brand-new feature introduced for the first time on site. We were particularly excited to present a live demo to Christian Arnold, EKD’s new CEO, and to have rich conversations with both new and seasoned users. Their direct feedback continues to shape how we evolve our training experience.
