A world where every conversation leads to the right outcome

Everything humans have ever built together required one thing: that they understand one another. No great structure, no city, no company came into being without people aligning, persuading, and wrestling over the best way forward – without people talking to each other. Conversations are the smallest unit of human cooperation – and the operating system of our civilization. How well we conduct them determines how fast we move forward together.

This is especially true in business. Every transaction, every investment, every partnership begins with a conversation – and the invisible lubricant behind it all is trust. Until now, technology mostly made us faster; now it raises the baseline quality of what we do – we become faster and better at once. Second, an old asymmetry is tipping. For decades, whoever was selling held an information advantage: the salesperson knew more about the product and the market than their customer. That's why we're building Fioro – started in late 2023 in Munich, the three of us: Victor, Niko, and Matthias. Our mission is to raise the quality of human cooperation – one conversation at a time. Fioro isn't just another software tool; it's more like a good colleague: a coach who listens, thinks along with you, and isn't afraid to honestly push back. You use it to train conversations and prepare for meetings – and when it counts, it's right there as your wingman. The result: fewer misunderstandings, better negotiations, and deals that close faster and more often.
