Ranger Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH, part of the Ströer group and Europe's largest door-to-door sales company, has launched a pilot project with Fioro's AI training platform. The project is part of a strategic initiative by CEO Tobias Mehrer to integrate artificial intelligence into direct sales.

With over 2,200 sales partners at more than 160 locations in Germany, Ranger is the market leader in German direct sales.

As part of the pilot project, Ranger Marketing is testing the Fioro software for sales training in both the B2B and B2C sectors. The AI-supported training platform enables Ranger's sales partners to complete realistic role-plays with virtual customers, optimizing their communication and sales skills.

This is particularly relevant for Ranger Marketing, as the company sells products from well-known product partners such as Deutsche Telekom (its largest product partner for over 20 years), E.ON, and Vodafone. These offerings require the highest quality of sales and communication excellence.

The pilot project aims to identify benefits along the following aspects:

  • Accelerated training of new sales staff

  • Reduced training costs with improved training effectiveness

  • Increased success rates through optimized sales conversations
