About Haas Fertigbau
Haas Fertigbau, founded in 1972 as a carpentry business, is a family-owned company in the prefabricated housing sector and currently employs approximately 1,200 people at locations in Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. Haas Fertigbau is represented with over 30 show villages and sales offices in Germany and Austria, ensuring it is always close to its customers. To provide potential builders with optimal advice on this life-changing decision, Haas relies on a highly trained sales team.

Sales training with Fioro
To make Haas' prefabricated home consultations systematically trainable, Haas has introduced AI-supported software from Fioro. Fioro's technology enables the firm's prefabricated home consultants to practice various customer conversations in a secure environment under realistic conditions. Through realistic simulations, consultants can rehearse various sales situations from initial contact to closing the deal and refine their conversation strategies along the way. A digital AI coach supports them and provides immediate feedback on their answers and approaches.
Adapted to Haas scenarios: Together with Fioro, typical sales situations along the sales process were identified and modeled as AI-enabled role plays. The scenarios cover the entire sales process, and the virtual customers act extremely realistically: They speak in natural language, ask questions, raise objections and respond to sales arguments as if they were real prospects. Varying levels of difficulty and variations of the dialogue ensure that the consultants are prepared for all eventualities.
Individual AI coaching: After each simulated conversation, users receive detailed feedback from the AI coach. This coach highlights strengths and also specifically identifies areas for improvement.The result is a continuous learning process: The consultants develop through each simulated session and can transfer the insights directly into their real client appointments.

First results
In the first eight weeks since launching with Fioro's platform, significant usage and positive feedback from the team are evident. During this time, Haas' sales consultants have:
